摘要:
本報告是在放養不同密度草蝦下,以龍鬚菜循環淨化方式來控制池水水質,以達到良好之養殖效果。放養密度分別為15、30與45尾/m2,而龍鬚菜池培育密度為2.5kg/m2。共試驗120天結束。試驗結果在15、30與45尾/m2組之池蝦平均體重分別為16.23、14.29與12.60 g;而活存率分別為74.24、 67.5與52.42%,其總平均活存率為64.72%。由各項養殖指標顯示以30尾/m2 組 較合乎經濟效益。利用龍鬚菜淨化水質之循環方式,可穩定水質, 提高育成率,並且不同放養密度,對草蝦成長、活存與生產量皆有影響。

摘要abstract(英): The Gracilaria circulating aquaculture was applied in three different densities of shrimp culture, 15, 30 and 45 individuals/m2, respectively to control water quality of Penaeus monodon pond to enhance shrimp culture. The density of Gracilaria was 2.5 kg/m2. After 120 days of culture, the means of body weight in the three densities of 15, 30 and 45 individuals/m2, were 16.23, 14.29 and 12.6 g, respectively. And their survival rates were 74.24, 67.5 and 52.42%, in turn. The total survival rate was 64.72%. The index appears the 30 individuals/m2 of shrimp culture density was to the advantage of economic profit. The study also indicated that Gracilaria could purify water quality, decrease ammonia-N and nitrite-N concentrations, and enhance survival rate of shrimp. Besides, different stocking density influenced growth rate, survival rate and product of shrimp.
