臺灣北部海域底棲漁業資源之調查評估-帶魚屬魚類(2/2)

帶魚屬魚類廣泛分布於臺灣沿近海域,為重要的經濟性魚種之一。本研究主要針對 臺灣北部海域日本帶魚進行體長組成及年齡成長研究。採樣期間自2017年10月至 2019年11月,總共蒐集日本帶魚(Trichiurus japonicus)2779尾,南海帶魚608尾。 日本帶魚樣本肛前長(PL)介於22.0 –511.2 mm,體重(BW)介於0.04 –1231.28 g;其中雌魚1984尾 (PL = 242.6 ±49.7 mm;BW = 214.1 ±152.1 g),雄魚700尾 (PL = 221.3 ±33.3 mm;BW = 146.5 ±79.4 g) ,性別不明共95尾。總性比為71.4 %(雌魚數/總樣本數)。雌、雄性肛前長 (PL) 與體重 (BW) 之迴歸關係經共變異分 析 (ANCOVA) 檢定結果顯示有顯著差異 (P < 0.05) ,關係式分開表示雌性為:BW = 2.481 ×10-5PL^2.884 (r2 = 0.911,n = 1503)、雄性為:BW = 5.360 ×10-6PL^3.157 (r 2 = 0.882,n = 419)。利用耳石判讀輪紋結果套入von Bertalanfy方程式,雌魚: PLt =453.9(1-e-1.653(t+0.862)),雄魚:PLt =388.5(1-e-2.357(t+0.362))。

The cutlassfishes (Trichirus spp.) is commercial fishery targeted demersal species which lives in the surrounding waters of Taiwan. This study focuses on Pre-Anal length (PL) frequency and reproduction of hairtail (Trichiurus japonicus) which caught off northern Taiwan waters. From Oct. 2017 to Nov. 2019, totally 2779 hairtail were caught per month sampling, and the Pre-Anal length (PL, 22 –551.2 mm), body weight (BW, 0.04 –1231.28 g) and gonad weight (GW) were measured. The sex ratio (female/total) was 71.4 % belong to 1082 female (234.41 ±49.94 mm PL; 191.21 ±149.36 g BW) and 421 male (218.16 ±31.01 mm PL; 140.47 ±77.92 g BW). The ANCOVA test showed that there was significant difference in the relationship between PL and BW for both sexes (p<0.05). The relationship formula of female was BW = 2.481 ×10-5FL2.884 (r2 = 0.991,n = 1503), male was BW = 5.360 ×10-6FL3.157 (r2 = 0.882,n = 419). Age were estimated using sagittal otolith transverse sectins. According to the age counts and preanal length messures which fitted with the von Bertalanfy growth model, resulting in:
