臺灣東北部鯖魚產卵場海域魚卵密度調查

為瞭解臺灣東北部宜蘭灣紅火心海域的魚卵分布狀態,以及不同採集方法對魚卵的採樣效率,於2019年4月19日運用水試二號試驗船在臺灣東北部宜蘭灣紅火心海域所設的12個測站以丸氏仔魚網自離海底 5 m向上斜拖至海表面來採集魚卵和仔稚魚;其次,在第3和第6測站分別以丸氏仔魚網進行水平拖曳和以ORI浮游動物採集網進行離底向上斜拖。結果計採獲魚卵1281粒,依卵徑可區分為10大類,其中數量最多的是0.8-0.9mm級距的656粒 (占51.21%),其次依序是1.0-1.1mm的252粒(19.67%)、1.6-1.8mm的212粒 (16.55%)、1.2mm的139粒 (10.85%) 和0.7mm的52粒(4.06%),經COI序列比對的結果,數量最多和次多的0.8-0.9mm和1.1-1.1mm兩類魚卵均屬於燈籠魚科,而1.6-1.8mm則屬於帶魚科帶魚屬的種類。以不同作業方法進行採樣效率比較的試驗結果,以丸氏仔魚網水平拖曳的採集效率遠高於垂直拖曳,而丸氏仔魚網的垂直採集效率又高於ORI浮游動物網。

To clarify the distribution dynamics of fish eggs in the I-Lan Bay and the sampling efficiency among different methods, fish egg were collected from 12 stations by R/V Fishery Research II, April 19, 2019. A total of 1281 eggs belonging to 10 taxa were collected. Among them, 656 eggs belonging to 0.8-09mm diameter was the predominant and followed by 1.0-1.1 mm (252 eggs), 1.6-1.8mm (212 eggs), 1.2 mm (139 eggs) and 0.7mm (52 eggs). In addition, the 0.8-0.9mm and 1.0-1.1 mm were the egg of myctophids and 1.6-1.8mm were Trichiurus sp. that distinguished by COI gene. The sampling efficiency was horizontal tow by Maruadsi net >vertical tow by Maruadsi net >vertical tow by ORI net.
