吳郭魚遺傳育種之研究

本試驗應用過去研究中可判定尼羅吳郭魚(N2品系)之分子標誌,針對特別選育的種 魚配對後繁殖的子代進行分析,盼未來能以不用賀爾蒙的方式,進行YY吳郭魚選育 試驗。本年度隨機抽樣計200尾子代進行剪鰭採樣及基因型分析,200尾子代中共有 90尾YY基因型(45.2%);109尾XY基因型(54.8%),其中1尾無法判讀基因型。 經統計 分析,本試驗結果與期望值(YY基因型:XY基因型=1:1)無顯著差異。

The molecular markers of Nile tilapia(N2 strain) have been accurately determined in the past study, and the progeny of the breeding of the specially selected species of fish are analyzed, and it is hoped that the future can be carried out without hormones. This year's random sampling of 200 tilapia's progeny and genotype analysis, 200 tilapia of a total of 90 YY genotype (45.2%); 109 tail XY genotype (54.8%), of which 1 can not read genotype. After statistical analysis, there is no significant difference between the test results and the expected values.
