This project first explores the difference in the effect of artificially treated attached seedlings, and understands if artificial pretreatment can improve the effect of oyster attached seedlings. Soak oyster shells in 50, 250, and 500 mg / L of oyster tissue fluid in advance, and then place them into the oyster eye to observe the effect of seedlings. It was found that the rate of attached seedlings was 0% and all the oysters died. In the future, the concentration of the tissue fluid should be reduced, or the type of tissue fluid and the preparation method should be changed. In addition, this project intends to investigate the effect of seawater acidification on the seedling stage of oysters. CO2 aeration is used to set the pH to a lower seawater environment (pH 7.6, 7.8, 8.0) to observe whether there is a difference in the attachment rate of oysters The results showed that the seedling attachment rates in the pH 7.6, 7.8, 8.0 and control groups were 6.64 ±1.08% (a), 2.82 ±0.15% (c), 5.58 ±0.60% (ab), and 4.84 ±0.74% (b).  In the test results of the effect of pH on the fertilized eggs of oysters, the hatching rates of pH 7.6, 7.8, 8.0 and control groups were 26.56 ±6.63% (b), 59.38 ±4.42% (a), 70.31 ±11.05%. (a) and 59.38 ±17.68% (a). It can be seen that different low pH values have different effects on oyster juveniles at different periods, but are not consistent. To understand the effect of seawater acidification on the survival, growth and seedlings of young oysters, longer and continuous observations should be performed to understand the impact of seawater acidification on the oyster seedling industry.
