多溫層暨多營養階海水養殖系統開發

以牙鮃、長莖葡萄蕨藻、條紋石鯛及葡萄藻等4種高經濟水產養殖生物進行複合式生 產養殖試驗,結果顯示牙鮃試驗組與對照組相較成長效果無顯著差異;長莖葡萄蕨 藻以2000g/m 2組之試驗組(3355.33±41.63g)成長效果顯著優於對照組 (2758.67±151.77g);條紋石鯛試驗組(4.62±0.39g)顯著優於對照組 (4.14±0.52g);葡萄藻500g/m 2組(Ctrl-1180.33±154.62g、Exp2357.00±185.81g)、1000g/m 2組(Ctrl- 2275.33±194.25g、Exp3558.67±118.46g)、2000g/m 2組(Ctrl- 3357.00±160.39g、Exp3848.00±70.77g),各組均以試驗組之成長效果顯著優於對照組;增重率的部分,以 長莖葡萄蕨藻2000g/m2組(Ctrl-37.93±7.59%、Exp-67.77±2.08%)、條紋石鯛 (Ctrl-72.62±6.69%、Exp-91.14±8.84%)及葡萄藻(500g/m 2:Ctrl136.07±30.92%、Exp-371.40±37.16%;1000g/m2:Ctrl-127.53±19.43%、Exp255.87±11.85%;2000g/m2:Ctrl-67.85±8.02%、Exp-92.40±3.54%)各試驗組之增重 率均顯著優於對照組;每日成長率(SGR%)的部分,以長莖葡萄蕨藻2000g/m2組 (Ctrl-0.76±0.13、Exp-1.23±0.03)、條紋石鯛(Ctrl-1.30±0.09、Exp1.54±0.11)及葡萄藻(500g/m2:Ctrl-2.03±0.31、Exp-3.69±0.19;1000g/m2 :Ctrl-1.95±0.21、Exp-3.02±0.08;2000g/m2:Ctrl-1.23±0.11、Exp1.56±0.04)各試驗組之每日成長率均顯著優於對照組;綜合上述資料所示,除了牙 鮃以外,兩種大型海藻及條紋石鯛之成長效果均為多溫層系統組優於對照組。

    節水效益部分,以本次試驗養殖設施水體大小為例,養殖池每池水體約為4噸 (2.8m*2.3m*0.65m),以4池串連為一組養殖系統,水交換率為每日6次,即每日需 要用水4*6=24噸/日,而未利用本養殖系統之相同水體之單獨養殖用水量將為 4*4*6=96噸/日,因此應用本系統進行高經濟價值之魚類及大型藻類複合式養殖,每 日將可節省72噸之海水用量,亦即可達最高75%之節水效率。

    In this project, we build up the ecological aquaculture system to cultivate Paralichthys olivaceus、Caulerpa lentillifera、Oplegnathus fasciatus and Botryocladia leptopoda. According to the results, the growth performance of Paralichthys olivaceus demonstrate that there is no significant difference between groups. The growth performance of Caulerpa lentillifera, the group 2000g/m2 demonstrate that the final weight of experiment group was 3355.33±41.63g, significantly better than the final weight of control group, 2758.67±151.77g. The growth performance of Oplegnathus fasciatus, the final weight of experiment group was 4.62±0.39g, significantly better than the final weight of control group, 4.14±0.52g. The growth performance of Botryocladia leptopoda, the final weight of experiment groups(group 500g/m2:Ctrl-1180.33±154.62g、Exp-2357.00±185.81g、group 1000g/m2:Ctrl- 2275.33±194.25g、Exp3558.67±118.46g、group 2000g/m2:Ctrl- 3357.00±160.39g、Exp3848.00±70.77g) were all significantly better than the final weight of control group. The weight gain rate of Caulerpa lentillifera, (group 2000g/m2:Ctrl-37.93±7.59%、Exp-67.77±2.08%) demonstrate that the values of experiment group were significantly better than the values of control group. The weight gain rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus, (Ctrl-72.62±6.69%、 Exp-91.14±8.84%) demonstrate that the values of experiment group were significantly better than the values of control group. The weight gain rate of Botryocladia leptopoda, (group 500g/m2:Ctrl-136.07±30.92%、Exp371.40±37.16%;group 1000g/m2:Ctrl-1.95±0.21%、Exp-3.02±0.08%;group 2000g/m2:Ctrl-67.85±8.02%、Exp-92.40±3.54%)demonstrate that the values of experiment group were all significantly better than the values of control group. The specific growth rate (SGR%) of Caulerpa lentillifera, (group 2000g/m2:Ctrl-0.76±0.13、Exp-1.23±0.03) demonstrate that the values of experiment group were significantly better than the values of control group. The specific growth rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus, (Ctrl1.30±0.09、Exp-1.54±0.11) demonstrate that the values of experiment group were significantly better than the values of control group. The specific growth rate of Botryocladia leptopoda, (group 500g/m2:Ctrl-2.03±0.31、 Exp-3.69±0.19;group 1000g/m2:Ctrl-1.95±0.21、Exp-3.02±0.08;group 2000g/m2:Ctrl-1.23±0.11、Exp-1.56±0.04)demonstrate that the values of experiment group were all significantly better than the values of control group. According to the data of growth performance, the values of Caulerpa lentillifera、Oplegnathus fasciatus and Botryocladia leptopoda demonstrate that cultivate with the ecological aquaculture system were significantly better than without the system.

    On the other hand, the benefit of water saving, take this experiment as an example, the water volume of the aquaculture facility was 4 ton per pond (2.8m*2.3m*0.65m). We compose 4 ponds as an group, and change the water 6 times per day, it means that each group needs 24(4 ton *6 times) tons of water per day. If cultivate without the system, but cultivate same species and using the same size of aquaculture facilities, the water consumption will be 96 (4 ponds*4 tons*6 times) tons per day. Therefore, cultivate with the ecological aquaculture system may saving 72 tons of water per day. It means the effectiveness of water saving can reach 75%.
