本年(108)度將豹鱠種魚分成野生及人工養殖兩組(均未經激素誘導產卵)進行交配產卵。5月13日進行野生及人工豹鱠種魚之室外移地養殖,6月4日移入室內產卵池。6月5日開始產卵,7月30日產卵季結束。產卵期達56日,產卵日36日。108年種魚共產卵3,877g(775.4萬粒),其中上浮卵1,129g(29.12%;225.8萬粒),下沉卵2,748g(70.88%;549.6萬粒)。平均日產卵量108±89g(21.5萬粒),日產卵量最高365g(73.0萬粒)。野生種魚產卵期從7月5日至7月17日,產卵期13日,產卵日12日。共產卵413g(82.6萬粒),上浮卵149g(36.08%;29.8萬粒);下沉卵264g(63.92%;52.8萬粒)。平均日產卵量34±35g(6.8萬粒),日產卵量最高114g(22.8萬粒)。人工種魚產卵期從6月5日至7月30日,產卵期56日,產卵日35日。共產卵3,464g(692.8萬粒),上浮卵980g(28.29%;196.0萬粒);下沉卵2,484g(71.71%,496.8萬粒)。平均日產卵量99±78g(19.8萬粒),日產卵量最高287g(57.4萬粒)。產卵期間種魚養殖水溫範圍26.8-30.5°C。收集豹鱠受精卵進行神經壞死及虹彩病毒之檢測。神經壞死病毒RT-PCR檢測結果為:受精卵呈陽性反應為0%(0/35)。虹彩病毒PCR檢測結果為:受精卵呈陽性反應為0%(0/35)。

There were two treatments in the broodstock of Plectropomus leopardus, wild broodstock and cultured broodstock(with habitat moving). The Spawning period of broodstock was from June 5 to July 30 and lasted 56 days, including 36 spawning days. The total egg weight was 3,877g(775.4×10^4 eggs),including the buoyant eggs(1,129g; 225.8×10^4 eggs; 29.12%) and the sinking eggs (2,748g; 549.6×10^4 eggs; 70.88%). Mean egg weight was 108±89g(21.5×10^4 eggs),and the highest number of daily spawning was 365g(73.0×10^4 eggs). The Spawning period of wild broodstock was from June 5 to July 17 and
lasted 13 days, including 12 spawning days. The total egg weight was 413g(82.6×10^4 eggs),including the buoyant eggs(149g; 29.8×10^4 eggs; 36.08%) and the sinking eggs (264g; 52.8×10^4 eggs; 63.92%). Mean egg weight was 34±35g(6.8×10^4 eggs),and the highest number of daily spawning was 114g(22.8×10^4 eggs). The Spawning period of cultured broodstock was from June 5 to July 30 and lasted 56 days, including 35 spawning days. The total egg weight was 3,464g(692.8×10^4 eggs),including the buoyant eggs(980g; 196.0×10^4 eggs;28.29%) and the sinking eggs (2,484g; 496.8×10^4 eggs; 71.71%). Mean egg

weight was 99±78g(19.8×10^4 eggs),and the highest number of daily spawning was 287g(57.4×10^4 eggs).During the period, the water temperature was 26.8-30.5°C. We collected fertilized egg samples of Plectropomus leopardus to detect for NNV and GIV. The result of NNV RT-PCR test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 0%(0/35). The result of GIV PCR test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 0%(0/35).
