澎湖低碳島離岸風機預定設置地點藻場造成技術研發及海域環境與漁業資源調查

使用「震盪法」雖可順利採集中國半葉馬尾藻受精卵,但若要進行大量生產的話,採卵與附苗作業仍有待精進改良;藻繩經育苗53天後全數流失,藻磚的部分經培育至65天已長成幼苗;育苗作業期間易受雜藻增生而抑制藻苗成長,甚至死亡,雜
藻清除也容易將藻苗移除,未來應提供更穩定的育苗環境加以改善雜藻問題。使用「夾苗法」模擬在離岸風場海域進行藻場建置,可在短時間內形成,且技術相當成熟,未來可應用於離岸風場之應用,唯當馬尾藻葉狀體脫落後,僅剩附苗器的藻繩需進行度夏作業,才不會因附著生物增生而使藻繩沉沒;當藻場形成之後,使用大型手抄網採獲大量依附藻體魚類,且多已4cm以下的幼稚魚為主。本年度也於紅羅灣海域建置新藻場外,並應用於遠海梭子蟹種苗放流,初步成效比在中間育成場效果佳。
本年度針對澎湖北部海域底質組成及生物相對比例進行潛水調查。結果顯示在較淺水域(3-6米)的活珊瑚比例約為5.7%,而較深水域(20米以深)的珊瑚活體覆蓋率約為8.2%左右,兩個深度的活體珊瑚目前的覆蓋率都不高。

Although we have successfully collected the fertilized eggs of Sargassum hemiphyllum. var. Chinense J. Agardh by "shock method". But for mass production, picking seeding and seedling attached work must remain to improve. Algae ropes loss thoroughly after 53 days nursery, parts of algae bricks has grown into seedlings after 65 days. During the seedlings nursery operations, the algae growth is susceptible and inhibited due to miscellaneous algae proliferation, even death, it is easily to remove the algae seedlings too when miscellaneous algae removed. In the future, we should provide a more stable environment to solve miscellaneous algae. Use "clip seedling method" to simulate algae farm build on offshore wind farm area, the algae farm can be formed in a short time, and the technology is quite mature. But the rope with algae holdfast need summer operation after blade fall off during early summer, or the rope sinking due to the proliferation of fouling organisms After algae farm forming, we also used large hand net to harvest more 4cm fish what live in algae farm. Futhermore , we also build a new algae farm at Hong Luo Bay and release juvenile blue swimming crabs(Portunus pelagicus) at this year, initial results show the better effect than the middle bred field method. Underwater surveys were conducted to reveal the relative percentage of substrate categories composition around Northern Penghu water. Results showed that live coral cover composed of only 5.7% in average at shallow depth (3-6metrs) and about 8.2% at deeper depth (>20 meters). Live corals at both depths were in degraded conditions.
