智慧化養殖水耕系統之研發

養殖水耕系統是一種兼具循環水養殖與水耕栽培的複合式農業生產系統,可同時生 產水產物及蔬果等農業作物,架構雖然簡單,但其管理是一種跨領域的管理方式 ,日常管理較一般農業生產來的繁瑣。開發智能化是希望能加以簡化管理工作,在 系統中希望藉由水質與環境因子之監控提升產量與產值,生產者只需在系統主機中 輸入適當的控制參數,系統就可以自動調控管理。同時在生產過程中業者若遭遇本 身無法解決的問題,可以藉由雲端將相關數據提供給專業人員進行分析研判,即時 給予建議並尋求改善。本年度架構養殖水耕系統自動監控設備一組,除對於系統中 養殖物與作物生長之環境因子(含水溫、pH、DO、EC、氣溫、濕度、雨量及光積度等 )進行監測,同時就所檢測的數據進行系統設施的調控(LED燈的開關、備用鼓風機啟 動及水溫加熱器啟動等)。系統對環境因子檢測之結果與一般檢測結果比對,差異度 小於4%。期間另外在養殖水耕系統中進行1次不同養殖密度對水耕作物的成長試驗 ,結果在過程中水中氮、磷、鉀等三種植物生長的主要元素,高密度組的濃度都較 低密度組高,但是菜的收穫量卻未如預期的比例增加。

Aquaponic system combined recirculation aquaculture and agriculture,which roduct crops and aquatic products at the same time. Intelligent aquaponic aquaculture automatic monitor the system important factors (including temperature,pH,Disolved oxygen,EC etc.),and reduce manpower demand. By cloud platform,the management could know the system status whenever necessary. The system factors recorded also can offer to the expert to make the system better.This year we configures a set of the auto monitor equipment to environment factor in aquaponics system (Contain water temperature,pH and DO,EC and temperature,humidity and precipitation and Light accumulation etc.)。In the system,carry on the monitor to the environment factor of the aquatic products and the crop growth and it's right to carry on the ratio with general examination result .Slightly have the difference as a result,but difference all less than 4% . During experimental perio,we also conducted an experiment to investigate the effect of different culture densities on hydroponic plant growth. The results showed that the concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium were higher in high density system than low density system, but the harvest amount did not increase correspondingly.
