養殖池清淤技術之探討

      本計畫的目的在於探討創新性清淤設備,以解決養殖期間的淤泥問題,試驗 內容主要進行清淤設施與對照組的比較。本計畫使用4口養蝦池,於池塘中央舖設直 徑6m之中央排水平台,並裝置1台水車以達集汙效果。2口試驗池裝置清淤設施排汙 ,另2口對照組則採一般排水排汙。由試驗結果發現;一般排水管排水時在開始 15sec.到60sec.之間為排汙高峰,之後排汙量驅微,惟應用清淤設施可持續排除池 中淤泥。另,試驗池A1,A2每週清淤一圈,中央平台的平均清淤率分別為94.8%及 82.3%,反觀對照組B1,B2,只靠排水排汙其中央平台的平均排淤率為0及5%。試驗結 果驗證養殖期間清淤技術的成效,能迅速安全的移除淤泥,具有維持魚池水質及減 少勞力之效果。

This study had conducted to research the novel sediment removing machine to reduce the bottom pollution of fish ponds during the farming period. In this experiment, we carried out the comparing of the ponds which working with the sediment removing machine with the control ponds. This experiment were executed at 4 shrimp ponds each was constructed a central concrete platform for drain and placement with a waterwheel for sludge collection. Two of these ponds-A1,A2 were device with sediment removing machine, while the others-B1,B2 were drain as usually. The result showed that the peak period of sludge drainage within 15~60 sec. from beginning, afterward the sludge drainage tended to slight, however applied the sediment removing machine could drain sludge continuously. In addition when the machine worked one circle a week, the average sediment removing rate of central concrete platform of ponds A1,A2 were 94.8 and 82.3% respective, while those of the ponds B1,B2 were 0 and 5% respective. The effect of sludge removing technique had been proved in this study, such as ensuring the sediment removed quickly, keep not only the stable water quality but also to reduce the use of labor.
