Aquatic products in the production process have excessive drug presence due to improper use of aquatic drugs or fail to comply with the provisions of the withdrawal period or aquaculture facilities adverse drug degradation to the maximum residue limit within the withdrawal period. This program is aimed to assess the feasibility of a method for the rapid exclusion of fish from aquatic residues of legally prescribed aquatic drugs and its application. The target aquatic drug is oxolinic acid (OA) and oxytetracycline (OTC) in this study. The Asian seabass ( Lates calcarifer ) were used for in vivo evaluation of the drug exclusion rate. The results showed that fish treated with turmeric by multiply or continually oral administration and reared seawater containing activated carbon were able to accelerate the removal rate of OA and OTC in fish.
