建立淡水觀賞魚繁養殖技術

本研究擬持續對特定高經濟價值或不易繁殖之淡水觀賞魚進行種原收集與蓄養、建 立人工繁殖、稚幼魚苗培育技術及育成新品種(系),以增加觀賞魚市場競爭力。本 年度延續過去研究成果進行慈鯛魚類繁養殖試驗,將紅魔鬼與金錢豹配對後取得雜 交子代,並追蹤子代體色分析其變化及與體型成長之關聯性,順利取得40%不同變色 程度之仔魚,將持續進行後續繁殖試驗,期望能發展新品系,並彙整研究成果提供 觀賞魚產業界參考。

In this study, our aim is increasing the market competitive by establishing artificial propagation techniques or breed new varieties (lines) on high economic value or difficult breeding freshwater ornamental fish species. We carried on the research on cichlid breeding about hybrid lowland cichlid (Herichthys carpintis) and red devil cichlid (Cichlasoma citrinellum) in the past. It successfully obtained more than 300 fry and continued recording the changes in the body color appearance of the hybrid cichlid after eight months, we got almost 40% fry had different body color, and they will be used as future fields and new lines of breeding test.
