(一) The purpose of this study is to investigate the coverage of the solar power generation in fish farm by hard clam ( Meretrix fusaria ).
(二) The coverage of the solar power generation are 0%、30%、50% and 70% in four fish farms treatment groups, which size close. In this experiment, the water quality parameters (water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity, turbidity, Total dissolved solids, chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand, chlorophyll, ammonia nitrogen, nitric acid, nitrous acid, phosphate and total phosphorus), sediment samples (oxidation-reduction potential, particle size and total organic matter), population of algae in fish ponds, populations of bacterial were measured during June 2017 to May 2018 .
(三) In order to understand the diversification of algae community, benthic invertebrates community and microorganism community, as well as, environment status (water parameter and sediment) between different coverage- 0%、10%、30%、50% and 70%, with solar power construction in hard clam ponds. Our result showed that sediment and benthic invertebrates’ community did not significantly differ from different coverage ponds. And the other way, algae community, water temperature and illumination are significantly differ different coverage.
