This study aims to find optimum stock condition of microalga on strains preservation. Microalga included 1Synechococcus sp.(MN41), 1Chlorella sp. french (CHL-S7), 1Nannochloropsis oceanica (NI),1Tetraselmis chui (TC2),1Tetraselmis suecica(TS),1Tetraselmis tetrathele (TT),1Tetraselmis subcordiformis (TSC),1Tetraselmis R. Lewin (TRL),1Carteria globosa (TSC) and 1Dunaliella primolecta (LB1000). The test strains mainly consisted of green flagellate microalgae, a total of 10 strains of microalgae. The results showed that optimum temperature and photosynthetically active radiation of microalga stock condition are 30℃and 50umol/m2 /s for culturing MN41, 25℃and 50umol/m2 /s for culturing TT; The optimum PAR for keeping TSC、TS、TC-2、CAG and LB1000 are 50umol/m2 /s. The optimum microalga stock mediums is LB1000 in f/2 plus simple formula for green algae. The optimum degrees of salinity is 30-35psu for TSC, TS, TC-2 and LB1000.Microalgae culture experiments, pumping trace amounts of carbon dioxide or air in can promote the growth rate of microalgae, and maintain PH value of the culture medium. The best SGR of results showed that S type rotifer ( Brachionus ibericus ) is fed with TT and TSC, SS type rotifer ( Brachionus rotundiformis ) is fed with TT, the copepod ( Apocyclops royi ) is fed with TT; the worst SGR was found when feeding three kinds of livefoods with MN41.
