The experiment is expected to build rearing technology ofAnguilla bicolor bicolor,including the nutritious requirement of paste food forA.bicolor bicolor , contrast the growth ofA.bicolor pacifica, A.japonica ,A.bicolor pacificaandA.marmorata , study the feed efficiency difference between powder feed and floating pellet toA.bicolor bicolor . The result expressed that contain crude protein 18.04% is better to grow ,the next 16.80%, 14.06%,19.17% are following it. The bonito-made food contain crude protein 19.17% was less attractive, caused poorer growth. Adding liver,Euphausia superband squid to paste food ,in the case ,liver additive was better to grow ,the next squid andE.superbwere following it. But no obvious difference between them. Through rearing 5 months,under water temperature 25.1~27.6℃,among 4 kind of eels,A.japonicashowed the best intake food behavior , average intake food quantity was 146.8g ,the nextA.bicolor bicolor ,A.bicolor pacificaandA.marmorata , were separately 92.2g, 91.8g and 76.7g. A.japonica showed better feed efficiency 83.5% .the nextA.bicolor bicolorandA.bicolor pacificawere separately 80.9% and 76.7%, the three kind of eels showed no significant difference. But it was apparently higher thanA.marmorata . The top weight gain percent belonged toA.japonica , it is 823%. showed its fastest growth, the nextA.bicolor bicolorandA.bicolor pacificawere separately 403% and 385%. there was no significant difference between them. The lowest weight gain was owned toA.marmorata , it was 258%. The fastest grow rate was gotten byA.japonica, it was higher thanA. bicolor bicolorandA.bicolor pacifica . The lower grow rate was belonged toA.marmorata.A four-month experiment for the growth of juvenile eels using floating pellet and powder feed was conducted. The group fed with floating pellet had significantly higher percent weight gain and feed efficiency (551% and 83%) than powder feed (475% and 67%).
