This study uses ICT technology to construct a dynamic system of Internet of Things (IoT) for marketing management and product certification of aquaculture enterprises. Its purposes are (1) to help resolve the efficiency issues of enterprises faced with the problem of producing and verification process, (2) to assist the progresses of regularly monitored data for the reports of important domestic (e.g. TAP) and international (such as ASC-ISRTA) aquatic certification, and (3) to apply ICT verifications and processes. These will strengthen the international competitiveness of aquaculture enterprises in Taiwan.
