According to fishery statistics, Psenopsis anomala resources show a downward trend year by year. Which was mainly caught by trawl nets. With the decline of fishery resources, the price of fish has gradually increased to about three times in the past 20 years, which shows that Psenopsis anomala is an important economic fish species along the coast. The catch areas are mainly Yilan and Kaohsiung, followed by Pingtung and Taichung. Among them, single-boat trawling accounted for nearly 80% of the catch, of which Ziguan and Donggang in the southwest sea accounted for more than half of the catch.     This research focuses on Psenopsis anomala resources in the Southwest Waters, using long-term collection of catch data combined with customized hydrological data from the Central Weather Bureau(CWB) to develop an information integration and query output system. The GAM model is used to analyze the factors affecting the changes in Psenopsis anomala resources. Among them, the effects of year, month, surface water temperature and wind speed are more significant. The geographic information system integrates fishery information to grasp the distribution of Psenopsis anomala resources and changes in surface water temperature in each month. Each year, through the system integration of 4,500 voyages and 15,000 bottom trawls in the southwestern waters , the corresponding hydrological data can be used to grasp the resources of Psenopsis anomala in the area of about 600 nmi2 , with an estimated output value of more than 33 million. Through the continuous accumulation of fish catch and hydrological data system, it is used to analyze the impact of hydrological environment and temporal and spatial factor changes on the resources, which helps to provide important scientific basis for the subsequent prediction and management of Psenopsis anomala resources.
