文蛤池中入侵貽貝之防治

本研究在雲林台西、口湖地區調查樣點共採集到3種貽貝,分別為條紋殼菜蛤(Mytella strigata) 、似殼菜蛤(Mytilopsis sallei ) 、綠殼菜蛤(Perna viridis ) ,其中以條紋殼菜蛤比例最高(95.07%)。在貽貝生殖腺成熟度觀察,發現全年度生殖腺都有卵, 在口湖下崙大排樣點生殖腺成熟度高於台西海口大排樣點,推測應與大排鹽度有關;另在台西、口湖養殖池樣點生殖腺成熟度無明顯趨勢。在條紋殼菜蛤貽貝繁殖實驗,觀察到孵化卵卵徑為53微米,在1小時後發生二分裂,爾後每小時分裂一次,24小時候變成D型期幼蟲,大小為80微米,第6天殼頂期外型變圓,體型為120微米 。第14天斧足伸出體型為200微米以上。以黑殼期白蝦苗進行條紋殼菜蛤浮游苗移除實驗,白蝦苗投放50隻組第二天貽貝浮游苗明顯減少,以吋苗期白蝦苗投放50隻第一天貽貝浮游苗明顯減少。

In this study, three types of mussels were collected in the survey sites in Taixi and Kouhu area of Yunlin, they are Mytella strigata, Mytilopsis sallei, and Perna viridis. Among them, the proportion of mussels Mytella strigata was the highest(95.07%). Observation of the maturity of the mussel gonads revealed that the gonads had eggs throughout the year. The maturity of the gonads at the Kouhu Xialun ditch was higher than that at the Taixi Haikou ditch, which is supposed to be related to the salinity of the large row; the other is in Taixi There is no obvious trend in the maturity of the gonads at the sample point of the mouth lake breeding pond. In the reproduction experiment of the striated clam mussel, it was observed that the hatched eggs had a diameter of 53 microns, and two divisions occurred after 1 hour, and then divided once every hour. After 24 hours, they became D-type larvae with a size of 80 microns. The shell was on the 6th day. The shape of the top stage becomes round, and the body shape is 120 microns. On the 14th day, the protruding size of the axe foot was more than 200 microns.The black shell stage white shrimp seedlings were used for the removal experiment of the striped shell clam plankton seedlings. The group of 50 white shrimp seedlings was placed with 50 mussel plankton seedlings on the second day, and 50 white shrimp seedlings were placed with 50 mussel plankton seedlings on the first day. obviously decrease.
