午仔魚之抗病活性物質開發

仙鶴草富含類黃酮等多酚化合物,具廣效抗菌活性,因此,本計畫評估仙鶴草萃取物在生體外對發光桿菌的抗菌活性及對午仔魚之免疫力及對發光桿菌感染症之抗病力影響;結果顯示仙鶴草萃取物在生體外對發光桿菌具抗菌活性;若以0, 1, 2, 3及4%添加於飼料投餵午仔魚28天,發現3及4%添加組皆可有效提高午仔魚的增重、Mx基因表現量、超氧化物歧化酶及溶菌酶活性(p<0.01);此外,若以0, 2, 3及4%添加於飼料投餵午仔魚28天,再以發光桿菌攻擊,則發現所有添加組皆可有效提高魚對發光桿菌感染症之保護力 (p<0.01),且以3及4%添加組最佳,抗病力可提高60%以上。

Agrimonia pilosa is rich in polyphenol compounds such as flavonoids and has broad antibacterial activity. This project, therefore, evaluated the antibacterial activity of A. pilosa extract against Photobacterium damselae in vitro and on immunity and disease resistances against P. damselae in Eleutheronema tetradactylum. The results showed that A. pilosa extract has antibacterial activity against P. damselae in vitro and if the E. tetradactylum was fed with A. pilosa extract at levels of 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4% in feed for 28 days the weight gain, Mx expression in kidney, SOD and lysozyme activities in serum of fish showed a significant increase (p<0.01) in 3 and 4% added groups of A. pilosa extract. Besides, E. tetradactylum was fed with A. pilosa extract at levels of 0, 2, 3 and 4% in feed for 28 days then challenged with P. damselae, the disease resistances of all added groups were significantly better than the control group (p<0.01) with the best protective abilities increased by more than 60% in 3 and 4% added groups of A. pilosa extract.
