脂鯉科淡水觀賞魚繁養殖技術開發

研究擬持續對特定高經濟價值或不易繁殖之淡水觀賞魚進行種原收集與蓄養、建立人工繁殖、稚幼魚苗培育技術及育成品種(系),以增加觀賞魚市場競爭力。本年度將目標鎖定於小型觀賞魚,收集市場熱門品種並嘗試繁殖及魚苗育成。收集種類包括阿氏霓虹脂鯉、閃光直線脂鯉、麗鰭魮脂鯉、卑微魮脂鯉、愛泳魮脂鯉等小型脂鯉科,完成閃光直線脂鯉繁殖及F1子代育成,並利用愛泳魮脂鯉試驗不同光照時間是否能刺激繁殖產卵,建立相關生理資訊後可做為未來其他脂鯉科繁殖參考。

In this study, we established artificial propagation techniques with the aim of increasing the freshwater ornamental fish market competitiveness. This year, we focused on small-size freshwater ornamental fish, collected different species of Characidae and tried to breed and fry nursing. The experiment was successfully obtained on Moenkhausia pittieri larviculture and recorded the morphosis and growth trend. Also tested the effect under the different light periods for the reproduction of Hyphessobrycon amandae . The Result shows that 12 Hcondition can improve the reproduction. The biology information can be used for future research.
