臺灣西南海域底棲性漁業資源生態調 查

為探討臺灣西南海域底棲性魚類資源動態,本研究蒐集104年1月至108年12月間臺南市、高雄市及屏東縣拖網及刺網漁業活動資料進行分析,期能完整掌握本海域底棲魚類種類組成及漁獲量之年間與季節變動情形,作為未來資源評估及管理之參考依據。結果顯示,臺南市拖網漁業於10月至翌年1月之秋、冬期間為漁獲旺季,4-8月春、夏為淡季,淡、旺季間漁獲量差異大;高雄市漁獲量季節變化較小,以7-8月11-12月略高;屏東縣漁獲旺季存在明顯的年間差異,無固定的漁獲高峰期。利用多變量分析之集群分析法(Cluster analysis)及非計量多向度量尺法(Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling, NMDS)探討底棲魚類群聚結構之時間及空間分布,結果顯示魚類群聚結構在拖網與刺網間存在顯著的漁法間差異,而各縣市間亦存在明顯的地區性的差異;此外,各縣市魚類群聚組成的季節性變化相當顯著,然整體而言年間差異並不明顯。利用複迴歸分析建立重要魚種與環境因子之關係,結果顯示不同魚種與環境因子之關係各有差異,同魚種在不同海域之狀況亦不相同。由於各縣市漁場地形、底質及水文環境因子有所不同,漁獲相當具有地區性的特色,因此魚類群聚狀態及漁期亦呈現地區性之差異。

In this study, we collected the daily landing records of bottom trawl and gillnet fisheries to investigate the assemblage structure of the demersal fishery resources in Tainan city, Kaohsiung city and Pingtung county during 2015-2019. The landings of bottom trawl fishery were highest in autumn and winter and lowest in spring and summer in Tainan, while the seasonal variations of the landings in Kaohsiung were minor. On the other hand, significant seasonal and annual variations in landings were observed in Pingtung. The biomass of fishes was standardized (kg/vessel/day) and nonmetric multidimensional scaling (NMDS)
ordinations was used to identify potential fish assemblages for each county and. One-way ANOSIM was applied to test the null hypotheses (Ho) of no difference in larval fish assemblages among locations, seasons or years. The result of NMDS revealed that the fish assemblages differed among the three counties and the seasonal variation of assemblage structure was most evident for Tainan. Besides, the annual variation was minor (Global R: 0.273、0.306、0.374) and the seasonal variation was significant (Global R: 0.938、0.802、0.788), for Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung, respectively. Moreover, the stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that the relationships between fish abundance and the environmental factors differed among species. In some situation, the relationship also differed among locations for the same species. Therefore, it should be cautious to apply the specific regression model to the fishes in different locations. In conclusion, the temporal and spatial structure of dermersal fishes differed among each county as well as fishing gears in the southwestern waters of Taiwan.
