Cobia will be feed with the diets that contain immunostimulant to enhance immunityand increase survival during the nursery period and grow-out period in the cage. Dietsupplimented with 0.5%β-1,3-1,6 glucan will be given for five days before and for tendays after the fish transfer to the cage. Evaluation of survival rate and health conditionwill be conducted. In addition, diets containing 500 and 1000 ppm polyphosphatevitamin C will be given after the fish transfered to the cage for 30 days, and evaluationof survival rate and health condition of cobia culture in the cage will be conducted .
