優質白蝦種蝦種苗培育及生殖調控研究

近來由於本地開始進行池中白蝦種蝦培育,但培育之成蝦並未經追蹤檢測、防疫及篩選,致使常帶有如WSSV、TSV及IHHNV等病毒,使種蝦催熟時死亡率高,甚至其所生產之蝦苗易帶病毒,導致提高中下游養殖業者之風險及失敗率;本組以進口之SPF種蝦開始進人工繁殖及池中培育種蝦工作,91年度已培育至F2同時進行種蝦催熟,F2催熟後產卵數平均在19萬粒左右,相較於F0及F1的13萬粒左右在抱卵數已有進展,目前尚待加強解決問題如下:1.交配率過低。2.抗特定病原耐受性高品系之篩選。3.成長快速品系之篩選。

In the recent years, the broodstock of Litopenaeus vannamei had been cultured in thepond in Taiwan. Due to the absence of disease prevention during the rearing procedureof stockbrood of shrimps, they were usually virus-carrier such as WSSV, TSV andIHHNV. They have a high mortality rate during the eyestalk ablation to inducematuration and spawning and even to the extent that the shrimp larvae were viruscarrier.Rearing these shrimp larvae often leads to high failure rate. Our divisionimported the SPF broodstock of Litopenaeus vannamei to propagate and culture. In2002, we have produced an average of 190 thousand eggs per shrimp for the F2broodstock and were higher than that of F0 and F1 broodstocks having an average of130 thousand per shrimp. The current problems needed to be resolved are: 1) toincrease the mating rate, 2) to select the SPR strain and 3) to select the fast-growthstrain.
