Investigating the culture ofparent abalone by recirculating system. 3.The control of sexual maturity of abalone.4.The disease control of parent abalone during the culture. 5. The artificial propagationof abalone.The expected results and values:1. Expect to get excellent quality of eggs and sperm, and to provide the artificialpropagation industry of abalone with parent abalone. 2.Expect to promote the ability ofanti-pathogen of abalone seeding. 3.Expect to correct the using of 1 year old parentabalone in Taitung, and to promote survival rate of abalone seeding. 4.Expect to preventthe vertical infection of parent abalone with unknown pathogen, and to get excellentheredity.
