無病毒九孔種貝之培育

本年度目標及重要工作項目:1.無病毒或具抗病毒之九孔品系篩選。2.循環水養殖種貝試驗。3.種貝成熟之控制。4.種貝養殖期間病原菌之防治方式。5.九孔人工繁殖。預期效益:1.利用PCR技術篩選未帶病毒之九孔,確保精卵品質,並提供九孔繁殖業者人工繁殖所需種貝。2.提高九孔稚貝對病原菌之抵抗力。3.改善目前台東地區九孔種貝皆使用1年齡之情形,期能提高種苗之活存率。4.防止不明病原由種貝垂直感染下一代,確保優良之遺傳形質。

The objectives and critical items of this study are:1.The selection of non-virulent and anti-virulent abalone. 2. Investigating the culture ofparent abalone by recirculating system. 3.The control of sexual maturity of abalone.4.The disease control of parent abalone during the culture. 5. The artificial propagationof abalone.The expected results and values:1. Expect to get excellent quality of eggs and sperm, and to provide the artificialpropagation industry of abalone with parent abalone. 2.Expect to promote the ability ofanti-pathogen of abalone seeding. 3.Expect to correct the using of 1 year old parentabalone in Taitung, and to promote survival rate of abalone seeding. 4.Expect to preventthe vertical infection of parent abalone with unknown pathogen, and to get excellentheredity.
