The objectives of this study are: 1. Investigating the artificial propagation of Amphipionocellaris: The critical items are: (1) Culturing brooders of Amphipion ocellaris. (2) Wewill observe the breeding activities, and record the time of beginning spawning, endingspawning, beginning hatching and ending hatching. However we will predict thenumber of eggs. (3) We will take photos of embryonic development, and understand therelation between time, water temperature, and embryonic development. (4) To observethe morphological changes at larval and fry and changes of fin formula we will collectthe larvae to rear. (5) To discuss the relation between breeding activities and the host seaanemone. (6) To understand the changes of water temperature how to change the timeof hatching. (7) To understand the changes of illumination how to change the hatching.(8) To discuss the beginning time of host between larval and fry and the sea anemone.2.To enhance the operation and management of the Aquarium. The expected results and values: 1. By the artificial propagation, we can propagate thereef fishes, and insure the resource of marine life to continue. 2. Expect to operate andmanage the Aquarium smoothly.
