深層海水培育種鰻之研究

第一季種鰻性腺採樣觀察,其GSI為1.59±0.4%,飼育期間種鰻無攝食慾望。第二季種鰻性腺採樣觀察,其GSI為0.96±0.1%,生殖腺發育仍在初級及次級卵母細胞。為解決鰻魚攝食問題,在種鰻池放入青斑魚苗30尾帶領種鰻攝食,約1周後部分種鰻開始攝食。待第二季採樣結束後,將種鰻分養至各不同水深之水池,經不同水深水池飼育一段時間後,第三次採樣發現GSI以4公尺水深最佳(GSI為1.77 ± 0.01%),其次為1.5公尺水深(GSI為1.41 ± 0.00%),最後為0.5公尺水深(GSI為1.29 ± 0.00%)。
種鰻催熟:部分種鰻送至淡水中心進行催熟試驗,每周一次進行腹腔注射。種鰻在注射催熟的過程中不再進食,約第10天左右種鰻平均體重開始呈線性下降,且胸鰭逐漸變黑。

First season eel gonad samples were observation, which GSI was 1.59 ± 0.4%, during the breeding species of eel without feeding desire. Sampling the second quarter of the gonads anguillarum species were observed, which GSI is 0.96 ± 0.1%, the gonads still development of the primary and the secondary oocyte. To solve the problem of feeding eel, eel pond placed 30 groupers fingerlings and lead the eels feeding, after one week part of eel started to feed. The eel to various points raised deep water pools. After the depth of the pool of different eel breeding period, the third sample found GSI optimum depth of 4 meters (GSI was 1.77 ± 0.01%), followed by 1.5 meter depth (GSI was 1.41 ± 0.00%), and finally 0.5 m water depth (GSI was 1.29 ± 0.00%).
Eels sripening: Part eels sent Lukang ripening trials. Eels weekly were intraperitoneal injection, and in the injection ripening process the eels were no longer to eat, about 10 days the eels linear average weight began to decline, and pectoral fins gradually darken.
