午仔魚最適養殖模式之建立

優化午仔魚(Eleutheronema tetradactylum)的養殖模式以期不用藥物而達到食品 安全是目前迫切所需的,本研究以不同比例的的投餵量及不同密度放養午仔魚,以 找出最適模式。在養殖過程中使用枯草桿菌(Bacillus subtilis)、澱粉液化酶芽 孢桿菌(B. amyloliquefaciens)及Bacillus sp.三株益生菌,檢驗三株菌對水中 總氨(TA)、亞硝酸(NO2)、硝酸(NO3)及弧菌數的影響,並且也檢視水溫、氣壓 及相對濕度對TA、NO2及NO3濃度及總生菌數之相關性。結果顯示,午仔魚之最適投餵 量為3% body-weight/day,放養密度建議在每分地6000至9000尾左右。而水溫等環 境因素對TA等水質條件的相關性並不高(R2 = 0.53)。B. subtilis對優化水質有較 佳之效果,B. amyloliquefaciens對抑制弧菌效果較佳,可依需求選擇菌種,達到 減少用藥或不用藥物之目的。

The optimization of aqauculture on Eleutheronema tetradactylum avoids Food safety hazard of drug is urgent need. Here, we designed that the diffrent quantities of diet and stocking densities to probe the optimal aquaculture model of Eleutheronema tetradactylum. There was using Bacillus subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, and Bacillus sp. on aquaculture and then inspected the effect of water qaulity parameters (total ammonia, NO2, NO3, and Vibrio spp.), and also investigated the relevancy of meteorological parameters (temperature, atmospheric pressure, and relative humidity) and water qaulity parameters (total ammonia, NO2, NO3, and total plate count). The results showed that the optimal feeding diets were 3% body-weight/day, the optimal stocking densities were 7 to 10 fish/m2 . There were little relevancy of meteorological parameters and water qaulity parameters (R2 =0.53). B. subtilis had Better effect on water quality, and B. amyloliquefaciens had Better effect on inhibition of Vibrio spp.. We could use the probiotics according to the situation on aquaculture of Eleutheronema tetradactylum.
