應用藻類萃取物強化白蝦免疫調節能力之機能性飼料開發

本研究探討飼料添加石蓴及海木耳藻類萃取液對白蝦免疫酵素活性之影響。平均體重10~12g之白蝦分別投餵含1%石蓴、2%石蓴、1%海木耳及2%海木耳萃取液之飼料30天,並於投餵飼料後之第0、2、4、6、10、20與30天,進行總血球數、超氧岐化酵素(SOD)、溶菌酶(lysozyme)及酚氧化酵素(phenoloxidase)之測定。結果顯示,白蝦餵飼添加藻類萃取液飼料後,試驗組白蝦之總血球數、超氧岐化酵素活性、溶菌酶活性及酚氧化酵素活性均較未添加組明顯地上升(p<0.05),並分別於餵飼後之第4與30天達到最高點;但總血球數與超氧岐化酶之產生量分別於投餵後之第6天開始降低,溶菌酶活性亦於第4天後出現減弱現象。另外使用溶藻弧菌進行攻毒試驗,白蝦分別投餵含1%石蓴、2%石蓴、1%海木耳及2%海木耳萃取液之飼料30天,並於投餵飼料後之第0、2、4、6、10、20與30天進行攻毒。結果顯示攝食藻類萃取液組其血球清除率與活存率皆高於空白組。

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary crude algae extract from Ulva lactuce and Sarcodia montagneana on the innate immune response in white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). White shrimp (10-12 grams) were fed for 60 days, including the control group, 1% Ulva extract group, 2% Ulva extract group, 1% sea fungus extract group, and 2% sea fungus extract group. The total haemocyte count (THC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, lysozyme activity and phenoloxidase activity (PO) were analyzed at days 0, 2, 4, 6, 10, 20 and 30. The results showed that the concentration of THC and SOD and activity of lysozyme and PO in white shrimp at rude algae extract group was higher (p < 0.05) than those of the control group, and reached the highest point on the 4th and 30th day after feeding respectively However, the concentration of THC and SOD dismutase began to decrease on the 6th day after feeding, and the lysozyme activity also weakened after the 4th day. In addition, Vibrio alginolyticus was used for the challenge test. The white shrimps were fed with a feed containing 1% Ulva extract group, 2% Ulva extract group, 1% sea fungus and 2% sea fungus extract for 30 days, and after feeding the feed challenges were performed on days 0, 2, 4, 6, 10, 20, and 30. The results showed that the clearance efficiency and survival rate of the algae extract group were higher than those of the control group.
