The wild-caught Oplegnathus punctatus and Charonia tritonis were successfully quarantined、 acclimated and fed in artificial environments. The C. tritonis was used for artificial reproduction this year and planktonic larvae were acquired earlier than previous ones. The O. punctatus also showed normal appetite and growth and would be used for the artificial application in coming Spring.
The cultured broodstock of Pagrus major and Sparus sarba collected from cage, the survival rate were high. The procedure of quarantine was completed and was weaned from fish meal, the survival rate of Sparus sarba were 97.00%(97/100)。And the survival rate of Pagrus major were 99.00%(99/100),still under quarantine procedures.

The results was that Pharaoh cuttlefish total-length, manlte length and body weighing statistical analysis to feeding live shrimp Exopalaemon orientis juveniles was the best > live brine shrimp adult group> frozen brine shrimp to shrimp group = newly hatched brine shrimp larvae group respectively.
