應用資通訊技術建構漁場環境資訊系統之研究

本計畫結合GPS、GIS與3G無線傳輸技術,配合臺灣西南海域漁獲調查、生物學採樣與水文資料,建立漁船航跡、漁獲、魚類生物學及水文資料庫。藉由資料庫整合,並以空間套疊及地理統計分析技術,建構西南海域底拖網漁業完整漁場資訊、魚類資源時空分布查詢介面,提供相關研究者或政策擬定者依據不同需求取得適切之完整水產糧食分佈訊息。
本年度於西南海域2個拖網船主要漁港中,各10艘標本船裝設GPS記錄器及3G設備,在漁港建立傳輸裝置,總共獲得6,000筆拖網資料及50,000筆漁獲資料,藉由資料庫整合,分析四種重要經濟性魚種之作業漁場與資源分布狀態,作為掌握西南海域底拖網漁場資訊有力科學工具。

The aim of this project is to apply GPS, GIS and 3G wireless transmission technology ontrawling fishery surveys in the southwest coast of Taiwan. The survey includes biological sampling, hydrology and satellite remote sensing image data to build vessel tracks, catch, fish biology, and hydrology database in thetrawling fisheries information system of southwestcoast of Taiwan. The system then uses spatial overlay and geostatistical analysis techniques to construct integrated trawling fisheries information on spatial and temporal distribution. This will help fisher, policy makers and related researchers to have whole information.
This year, ten fishing boats were selected from two fishing ports. Each boat was installed a GPS recorder with 3G device. Transmission and receivers were built around the ports. There were 8,000 trawling operation with over 50,000 catch by species. Data of Gonad stage with body length and weight were over 4,000 records in 12 important species.
