持續保存種原生物並維護與改善種原庫設施，確保水產生物種原保存及生產優質種苗，以維持種原庫正常營運，並發揮種原庫的功能。
本年度淡水水產生物種原之保種種類達23種；計吳郭魚類保種種類8種、經濟養殖魚類保種種類7種及本土河川魚類保種種類8種，另保存種類約38種。此外，選取銀鱸、淡水白鯧成熟種魚利用種原庫自動產卵孵化系統，進行2次研究示範教學。

1. To maintain and improve the function of facilities on the NationalGermplasm Bank of Aquatic Organism, in the meanwhile, ensuring the security of the aquatic conservation, so that we could produce the high quality fry and operated normally on this germplasm bank.
2. There were 23 species of the aquatics had been conserved, in addition 38 species of the aquatics had been cultivated.
