藉由分子標誌輔助開發龍膽石斑育種研究

育種(breeding)是水產繁養殖之基礎,良種的選擇及培育是增產的有效途徑。本年度計畫目標以傳統選拔育種輔以分子標記方法,進行龍膽石斑 Epinephelus lanceolatus 選種育種。應用已建立之多組SSRS分析龍膽石斑魚。試驗執行策略包含龍膽石斑採樣、成長趨勢分析、龍膽石斑魚MEF2D基因在不同體型和不同部位鱗片RNA表現量分析,以及微衛星(microsatellites/SSRs)於龍膽石斑之應用。試驗結果顯示分析龍膽石斑魚頭部、軀幹上部肌肉、腹鰭旁、尾鰭的鱗片RNA表現量,以尾鰭鱗片RNA表現量有較高趨勢,而基因表現量與魚隻不同體型大小無顯著差異。另外,微衛星 (microsatellites/SSRs) 於龍膽石斑之應用結果顯示,有四個SSRs仍與體重具有顯著相關性。

Breeding is the basis for aquaculture, the seed selection and cultivation is an effective way to increase production. This study was conducted Gentian grouper Epinephelus lanceolatus breeding in traditional breeding and molecular markers to carry out. Application has been established SSR analysis gentian grouper. Test content growing trend analysis, MEF2D gene in the amount of scales performance, and microsatellites / SSRs applied gentian grouper. The results showed that Gentian grouper caudal scales higher amount of RNA. Different body size fish no significant difference in the amount of RNA. Microsatellites / SSRs application results showed four SSRs correlated with body weight.
