吳郭魚耐鹽改良選育研究

本研究兩種雜交組合中反交TFS♀×TsRn♂已有F1和F2,但至F3只有TFS♀×TsRn♂僅黑色群F2可產出F3,紅底帶黑點和紅底帶黑斑二群則無法產出F3,和TsRn進行BC1F1回交的配對後也沒有子魚產出,但和TFS的回交,皆有仔代產出;正交組合TsRn♀×TFS♂子代有海水適應問題無法有效存活,今年使用逐年遺傳馴化的TsRn♀,首次產出存活正常的子代且體色和體態均優於反交組合,顯示全海水適應性狀來自TFS,體色和體態性狀則來自母本。

In this research project, TFS♂ ×TsRn♂ has produced F1 and F2 offspring. Among them, F2 can be divided into three groups based on phenotype: black group, black dots with red background, and black spots with red bottom. In addition, only the black group F2 can produce F3 generation, and the red group with black spots and red spots with black spots cannot produce offspring. F1 (produced by TFS♀ ×TsRn♂) and TsRn can not breed offspring, but F1 and TFS can produce offspring by backcrossing. The offspring of TsRn♀ ×TFS♂ cannot survive effectively due to seawater adaptation problems. Therefore, this year use TsRn♀, which go through several years of progressive acclimation, paired with TFS for the first time produce offspring, which survival and body color and body are better than TFS♂ ×TsRn♂ offspring. Therefore, we result out the seawater adaptation traits come from TFS, body color and body traits come from the female parent.
