智慧化養殖水耕系統之研發

養殖水耕系統是一種兼具循環水養殖與水耕栽培的複合式農業生產系統,可同時生 產水產物及蔬果等農業作物,架構雖然簡單,但其管理是一種跨領域的管理方式 ,程序較兩者來的繁複,智慧化管理是提升養殖水耕系統產量與品質的有效方法之 一。智慧化養殖水耕系統藉由溫度、pH、溶氧、EC、等之自動監測控制除可有效降 低管理之人力,並可提升系統的生產力。以往農業自動化管理採用工業級的PLC作為 主機,成本較高且維護不易。近年來,微控制板的開發,使自動化與智慧化加速發 展。本年度建置一套適合養殖水耕系統使用的智慧化監控系統,可依據相關環境感 測器所收集的數據(溫溼度、光照、E.C.、pH、水溫與溶氧等)進行比對,超出所設 定的參數值時可以自動判斷是否開啟或關閉相對應的控制設備,以維持適合系統中 動植物生長的環境值。試驗期間監測的環境因子數據與一般的檢測結果相比對,差 異度小於5%。同時,建立適用在養殖水耕的微量元素補充肥料一式,可以使用在葉 菜類及瓜果類植物成長過程,以補充系統中不足的微量元素。

The aquaponics system is a compound agricultural production system combine with recirculating aquaculture and hydroponic cultivation. It can produce aquatic products such as aquatic products and fruits and vegetables at the same time. Although the architecture is simple, its management is a cross-domain management method, which is more complicated than the former two.Intelligent management is one of the effective ways to improve the output and quality of the aquaponics system.In the past, PLC was used as the host to develop automation in agriculture, which was costly and difficult to maintain.The development of micro-control boards has accelerated the development of agricultural automation management in recent years.By automatically monitoring and controlling temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, EC, etc., it can not only effectively reduce the manpower of management, but also increase the productivity of the system.A smart surveillance system for aquaponics systems was built this year.The relevant environmental factor data (temperature and humidity, illumination, E.C., pH, water temperature and dissolved oxygen, etc.) can be compared.The corresponding device is automatically turned on or off when the set range is exceeded.The environmental factor data monitored during the test was compared with the general test results, and the difference was less than 5%. At the same time, the establishment of a micro-element supplement fertilizer for Aquaponics can be used in the  general plant growth process to supplement the insufficient trace elements in the system.
