白蝦繁養殖關鍵技術-蝦苗生物絮中間育成技術研發

利用提高碳氮比的模式營造生物絮養殖環境是一項很成熟的技術,我們運用其作為 白蝦中間育成不換水或少量換水養殖技術,以達到防疫的效果。放養PL10的白蝦苗 在生物絮養殖系統養殖35天。不同養殖密度1,500、3,000、4,500、6,000隻/噸,均 重達到0.591±0.064、0.49±0.057、0.47±0.065、0.443±0.073g。活存率皆可達到 75%以上各組沒有顯著差異,省水達到80%,可以做為穩定的白蝦中間育成養殖模式 ;而在後續比較經中間育成二階段與傳統一階段養成試驗中,補償性成長並不顯著 ,導致一階段養成在成蝦均重(20.01±0.02g)、與產量(4.46±0.13kg/m3 )較二階段養 成的均重(18.35±0.22g)、產量(4.34±0.11kg/m3 )為佳,但差異不大,考量防疫的功 效,白蝦中間育成有其利基。

Use the high C/N ratio to build the biofloc system is a mature technology. In this study, we want to realize the effect of epidemic prevention by using biofloc technolohy for mediate nursery of white shrimp with zero water or a small amount of water exchange. Shrimp larval (PL10) were reared in a biofloc system for 35 days. In the different density of 1500, 3000, 4500, and 6000 ind./ton, their average weights were 0.591 ±0.064, 0.49 ±0.057, 0.47 ±0.065, and 0.443 ±0.073g. There is no significant difference in survival rate, all higher than 75%. In addition, the water saving is 80%. It is a stable method for mediate nursery of white shrimp. The compensatory growth was not significant in the comparison test of grow out portion between the two stage cultivation and one stage traditional culture. The average weight(20.01±0.02g) and yeild(4.46±0.13kg/m3 ) with one stage traditional cultivation are better than average weight(18.35±0.22g) and yeild(4.34±0.11kg/m3 ) with two stage cultivation, but it is minor difference. Considering the efficacy of epidemic prevention, the mediate nursery for white shrimp is advantageous.
