1.臺灣沿近海之草蝦種蝦共進六尾,經檢測四尾確定未帶WSSV、TSV與IHHNV,自然產卵有三尾育苗後經檢測皆為SPF蝦苗(F 1 )。
2.馬達加斯加族群經篩選檢測共175對大蝦進行人工眼柄切除之催熟工作。
3. 利用環境衝擊與病毒攻擊試驗後篩選出表現較佳的臺灣沿近海之草蝦苗(F 1 )二批進行養成育種工作,放養密度為35尾/m 2。

1.Four of the six Penaeus monodon collected along the coast of Taiwan were detected without WSSV、TSV and IHHNV, and the larvae from the three shrimp spawning naturally was detected to be SPF one (F1).
2.The Madagascar group was screened to detect 175 pairs of prawns for artificial eye-clearing.
3.After the environmental impact and virus attack test, the second batch of Taiwanese grass shrimp (F 1 ) with better performance was screened for breeding and breeding, and the stocking density was 35/m 2.
