The use of microalgae in aquaculture, food manufacturing, biomass energy production or environmental protection are very wide, can be used as breeding bait, animal feed, health food, cosmetics and special chemical products. In recent years, due to the rapid changes in climate caused by the microalgae of benefit to use growth is becoming poor, a serious decline in the effectiveness of the application. Therefore, in order to increase the algae that can be used in various fields and screen the microalgae that have the special heat-and-cold resistance, this project plans to collect, isolate, cultivate and test the characteristics of the newly isolated algae strains. Product the new microalgae strain in order to amplify and utilize the specail ability of new microalgae strain and lay the foundation for follow-up research and application.
