In this research project, the goal is to construct a commercialized mass production model of mud crabscylla serrata . First, through the fish pond cultivation and management, Second, combined with the independent box culture system on the land. This new cultivation mode can increase production and economic benefits. The results, the mud crabs which were bred to 92.3 ± 10.21g and 195.4 ± 16.8g, were placed in a independent box culture system for fattening, and the average weight gain was 22.9± 4.56% and 17.13± 4.73% after 20 days. At the same time, the experiment also carried out 4 batches of parent crab , cultivating parent crab oviposition, hatching and breeding of crabs. Success to breeding the first phase of the larval stage (Zoea 1) to the fifth stage of the larval stage (Zoea 5) , and cultivated Zoea 5 larval about 100,000.
