鹹水魚塭生態化養殖技術建立

      應用整合型多營養階利用養殖系統,組合魚類、牡蠣和龍鬚菜養殖,並添加 光合菌輔助水質。經過30天養殖,北池放養虱目魚體重22.4±6.4 g、體長 14.3±1.2cm到體重53.0±12.6g、體長17.8±1.3 cm。南池放養黃鱲鰺體重 65.3±9.6g、體長13.1±0.7 cm到體重95.9±17.8g、體長18.1±1.2 cm。監測水質環境 ,養殖池之pH、溫度、鹽度、透明度、溶氧均在適合養殖範圍內,氨氮、亞硝酸氮 濃度均在安全濃度以下。

    Through combining the cultivation of finfish with Gracilaia and oyster, we have successfully established integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA) system. Furthermore, photosynthesis bacteria were used to improve the water quality. After 13days of rearing, the growth in weight (total length) of milkfish increase from 22.4±6.4 g to 53.0±12.6 g (14.3±1.2 cm to 17.8±1.3 cm) in in the northern system and the growth in weight (total length) of pompano increase from 65.3±9.6g to 95.9±17.8 g (13.1±0.7 cm to 18.1±1.2 cm) in in the northern system. Finally, during the period of experiments, pH, temperature, salinity, transparency, dissolved oxygen in fish ponds are suitable for breeding, and ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen concentrations are also below the safe concentration.
