循環水養殖較大體型點帶石斑魚飼料中以大豆濃縮蛋白取代魚粉(0、20、40、60、 80、100%)，飼料中添加1%牛磺酸，並以羥基型甲硫胺酸調整飼料中甲硫胺酸含量達 1%，配製粗蛋白45%，粗脂肪6%之試驗飼料經10週之飼育試驗，以增重百分率進行 broken-line 線性回歸分析求得大豆蛋白對魚粉最適成長取代率為56.1%。
