石斑魚設施養殖高效能低魚粉飼料之開發

循環水養殖較大體型點帶石斑魚飼料中以大豆濃縮蛋白取代魚粉(0、20、40、60、 80、100%),飼料中添加1%牛磺酸,並以羥基型甲硫胺酸調整飼料中甲硫胺酸含量達 1%,配製粗蛋白45%,粗脂肪6%之試驗飼料經10週之飼育試驗,以增重百分率進行 broken-line 線性回歸分析求得大豆蛋白對魚粉最適成長取代率為56.1%。

Recirculation culture more than 300 grams grouper, soy protein replaces fishmeal ratio 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100%, adding 1% taurine and adjusting with 2-hydroxy-4-methylthiobutanoic acid in the feed, the content methionine level was 1%, the crude protein was 45% and the crude fat 6% of the test feed, during 10-weeks rearing test, the optimal growth replacement was 56.1% by broken-line regression analysis of percent weight gain.
