豹鱠養殖模廠技術之建立

本年(107)度將豹鱠種魚分成野生及人工養殖兩組(均未經激素誘導產卵)進行交 配產卵。5月3日進行野生及人工豹鱠種魚之室外移地養殖,5月29日移入室內產卵池 。6月4日開始產卵,8月17日產卵季結束。產卵期達75日,產卵日42日。107年種魚 共產卵8,543g(1,708.6萬粒),其中上浮卵2,519g(29.49%;503.8萬粒),下沉 卵6,024g(70.51%;1,204.8萬粒)。平均日產卵量203±224g(40.7萬粒),日產卵 量最高1,356g(271.2萬粒)。 野生種魚產卵期從6月4日至7月19日,產卵期36日,產卵日13日。共產卵 926g(185.2萬粒),上浮卵269g(29.05%;53.8萬粒);下沉卵 657g(70.95%;131.4萬粒)。平均日產卵量71±47g(14.2萬粒),日產卵量最高 178g(35.6萬粒)。 人工種魚產卵期從6月5日至8月17日,產卵期74日,產卵日41日。共產卵 7,617g(1,523.4萬粒),上浮卵2,250g(29.54%;450.0萬粒);下沉卵 5,367g(70.46%,1073.4萬粒)。平均日產卵量149±184g(29.9萬粒),日產卵量 最高1,356g(271.2萬粒)。產卵期間種魚養殖水溫範圍26.5-30.5℃。 收集豹鱠受精卵進行神經壞死及虹彩病毒之檢測。神經壞死病毒RT-PCR檢測結果為 :受精卵呈陽性反應為0%(0/42)。虹彩病毒PCR檢測結果為:受精卵呈陽性反應為 0%(0/42)。 以自行開發之色彩檢測軟體對豹鱠體色進行分析,以不同種類色素及添加量之檢測 結果是L * (亮度)值以未添加組的62.80最高,蝦紅素1,000 mg kg - 1 組的 53.77最低;a * (紅度)值以蝦紅素3,000 mg kg -1 組的13.80最高,未添加組的 4.33最低;b * (黃度)值以蝦紅素3,000 mg kg -1 組的24.43最高,角黃質素40 mg kg -1 組的13.77最低。

There were two treatments in the broodstock of Plectropomus leopardus , wild broodstock and cultured broodstock(with habitat moving). The Spawning period of broodstock was from June 4 to August 17 and lasted 75 days, including 42 spawning days. The total egg weight was 8,543g(1,708.6×10 4 eggs), including the buoyant eggs(2,519g; 503.8×10 4 eggs; 29.49%) and the sinking eggs (6,024g; 1,204.8×10 4 eggs; 70.51%). Mean egg weight was 203±224g(40.7×10 4 eggs),and the highest number of daily spawning was 1,356g(271.2×10 4 eggs).The Spawning period of wild broodstock was from June 4 to July 19 and lasted 36 days, including 13 spawning days. The total egg weight was 926g(185.2×10 4 eggs),including the buoyant eggs(269g; 53.8×10 4eggs; 29.05%) and the sinking eggs (657g; 131.4×10 4eggs; 70.95%). Mean egg weight was 71±47g(14.2×10 4eggs),and the highest number of daily spawning was 178g(35.6×10 4eggs). The Spawning period of cultured broodstock was from June 5 to August 17 and lasted 74 days, including 41 spawning days. The total egg weight was 7,617g(1,523.4×10 4eggs),including the buoyant eggs(2,250g; 450.0×10 4 eggs; 29.54%) and the sinking eggs (5,367g; 1073.4×10 4eggs; 70.46%). Mean egg weight was 149±184g(29.9×10 4eggs),and the highest number of daily spawning was 1,356g(271.2×10 4eggs). During the period, the water temperature was 26.5-30.5℃. We collected fertilized egg samples of Plectropomus leopardus to detect for NNV and GIV. The result of NNV RTPCR test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 0%(0/42). The result of GIV PCR test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 0%(0/42). Analysis Plectropomus leopardus body color with self-developed color detection software. The results with different pigments and added quantities:The L* (lightness) value 62.80 of the group without adding was the highest, and the 53.77 of Astaxanthin 1,000 mg kg -1Group was the lowest. The a* (red degree) value 13.80 of Astaxanthin 3,000 mg kg -1group was the highest, and the 4.33 of not added group was lowest. The b* (yellow degree) value 24.43 of Astaxanthin 3,000 mg kg -1group was the highest, and the 13.77 of Canthaxanthin 40 mg kg -1 group was lowest.
