多溫層暨多營養階海水養殖系統開發

本計畫於3月份完成系統規劃,5月份完成設備架設及試運轉,驗收完成後開始投入 皺紋盤鮑、長莖葡萄蕨藻、牙鮃、葡萄藻及南美白對蝦等5種高經濟水產養殖生物進 行養殖試驗及系統節水效益評估;經過馴養適應系統環境後開始進行養殖試驗,試 驗期間為6週;各物種成長資料整理如後所示:皺紋盤鮑-初始體重2.06±0.28g,6週 後體重為2.70±0.12g,各組間無顯著差異;長莖葡萄蕨藻-初始重量均為 14000g,6週後測量多溫層系統組藻片重量為21250±1770g,顯著優於對照組之藻片 重量16600±280g;牙鮃-初始體重為81.82±2.80g,6週後測量多溫層系統組之體重為 163.38±13.77g,優於對照組之體重121.49±6.50g;葡萄藻-初始重量均為 6000g,6週後測量多溫層系統之藻重為9330±113.14g,顯著優於對照組之藻重為 8012.5±307.59g;南美白對蝦-初始體重為0.60g,6週後測量多溫層系統組之體重為 3.75±0.49g,優於對照組之體重為2.85±0.49g;綜合上述資料所示,除了皺紋盤鮑 以外,兩種大型海藻、牙鮃以及南美白對蝦之成長效果均為多溫層系統組優於對照 組,未來將以本次試驗結果為基礎,進行商業化養殖試驗,以便推廣及進行技術移 轉之用。

This project completed the system planning and design in March, then completed the equipment assembled and commissioning in May. After domestication and adaptation to the system, the culture experiment was started. Experiment period was 6 weeks; the growth data of each species was organized as follows: The initial weight of Haliotis discus hannai was  2.06±0.28g, the final weight was  2.70±0.12g, no significant difference between groups;  The initial weight of Caulerpa lentillifera was 14000g , the final weight of the experiment group was 21250±1770g, significantly better than the final weight of control group, 16600±280g;  The initial weight of Paralichthys olivaceus was 81.82±2.80g, the final weight of the experiment group was 163.38±13.77g, significantly better than the final weight of control group, 121.49±6.50g;  The initial weight of Botryocladia leptopoda was 6000g, the final weight of the experiment group was 9330±113.14g, significantly better than the final weight of control group, 8012.5±307.59g; The initial weight of Litopenaeus vannamei was 0.60g, the final weight of the experiment group was 3.75±0.49g, the final weight of control group was 2.85±0.49g, no significant difference between groups; According to the above data, except the abalone, the growth effects of the rest species breed  in the system are all significantly better than the control group. We'll based on the results of this experiment to promote and carry out technology transfer.
