虎斑烏賊繁養殖研究

虎斑烏賊 Sepia pharaonis 具高食物轉換率、成長快速及短的生命週期,擬建立量 產養殖及放流相關技術,成為發展潛力之海水養殖新興物種。虎斑烏賊5公5母於 2016年11月23日~2017年3月9日共產卵8次,產卵數介於170~1088個,總產卵數為 4,003個卵。並進行3種不同日齡兩種餌料試驗,孵化後先用活白蝦苗培育至20、 25及30日齡再投餵兩種餌料冷凍南極蝦及冷凍丁香魚,以30日齡投餵冷凍南極蝦平 均活存率為51.65±2.33%最佳與其他組有差異(P<0.05),接著為30日齡投餵冷凍丁香 魚平均活存率為21.65±11.81%前述兩組與20日齡投餵冷凍丁香魚平均活存率為 4.80±2.55%有差異。再接著為25日齡投餵冷凍南極蝦組平均活存率為 16.60±0.12%,20日齡投餵冷凍南極蝦組平均活存率為11.60±7.07%及25日齡投餵冷 凍丁香魚組平均活存率為8.30±2.40%,3組平均活存率無差異,最差為20日齡投餵冷 凍丁香魚平均活存率為4.80±2.55%與30日齡投餵冷凍丁香魚組及30日齡投餵冷凍南 極蝦組有差異。虎斑烏賊幼生孵化後可投餵活小白蝦苗培育至1個月後可開始由活餌 轉換成冷凍死餌,不宜太早轉換,在20日齡組及25日齡的幼生轉換時活存率會降低 ,轉換成冷凍死餌以南極蝦優於丁香魚。

CuttlefishSepia pharaonis , with foods a high conversion rate, rapid growth and short life cycle, In order to establish production and releasing technologies become to seawater aquaculture development potential candidate. All 10 cuttlefish total weight of 18.62 kg of 5 male and 5 female fish, was to be stocked at 15 tons indoor cement pond. Female fish spawned from November 23, 2016 to March 9 2017. Total spawning time 8 times, the number of egg s laid range from 170 to 1088 eggs, with a total number of 4,003 of eggs. We carried on white shrimp larvaeLitopenaeus vanname i feeding to 3 stage of age 20, 25 and 30days juveniles and changed to 2 kinds of frozenEuphausia superbaand frozenSpratelloides gracilis as 6 group to juvenile cuttlefish after 42 days rearing. The results were that cuttlefish mean survival rate was to feed age 30days with frozenEuphausia superba51.65±2.33% was the best, following age 30days with frozenSpratelloides gracilis 21.65±11.81%, age 25days with frozenEuphausia superba16.60±0.12%, age 20days with frozenEuphausia superba11.60±7.07%, age 25days with frozenSpratelloides gracilis 8.30±2.40% and age 20days with frozenSpratelloides gracilis 8.30±2.40% was the worst respectively.
