鰻苗初期發育階段的營養與飼料之開發

本研究以5種主要生鮮原料調製仔鰻用糊狀飼料,由飼料的理化特性,建立仔鰻人工 糊狀飼料的基礎配方,並探討誘引劑的添加效果。原料蛋白質含量佔濕重的17- 19%,而油脂含量則因原料而異,以Mx較高;在胺基酸組成上則有較大的差異, Ma、I和Mx含有較高的誘引胺基酸,如天門冬胺酸、甘胺酸、丙胺酸和脯胺酸,而牛 磺酸則以Ma含量較高,I和Mx其次。探討不同糊狀飼料在水中之安定性,以I為主原 料的溶失率較低,其次為Mx原料;另外,糊狀飼料之蛋白質含量以15-17%有較佳的 安定性。糊狀飼料中添加四種以複合胺基酸為主的誘引劑,結果在飼料投入30分鐘 內,鰻線攝餌誘聚的效果以P劑和混合誘引M劑較佳,而以M的強度更佳。

This study was conducted to determine the chemical compositions and physical characters of slurry-type feeds for larval eels. Adding feed attractants into the slurry-type feed was also evaluated. The results of analyzing5 fresh materials for larval eel showed that these materials contain 17- 19%crude protein on wet basis, while the highest lipid content was found in the Mx material. The material Ma, I and Mx contained more aspartic acid, glycine, alanine and proline that were considered as attractant potential to larval fishes. The material I and Mx can be used as the main components of slurry-type feed because these materials were comparatively stable after the feed was soaked in the water. In addition, the additives P and M showed the greatest attractant potential than among the ingredients assessed.
