The objective of this year aims to continue to introduce foreign highquality white shrimp seed stocks to enrich the genetic composition of the germplasm bank, the preserved seed stocks continue to be inherited, to carry out growth breeding and cross-breeding, and to breed excellent economic traits. The 7 strains preserved and commercial seedlings S-F1 were tested for their stress tolerance to temperature and salinity, and the results showed that there was no significant difference in the survival rate of salinity stress between the groups, while I-F4 was significantly sensitive to temperature stress. On the whole, S-F7 performed better on the two stress factors in the preservation line. In terms of yield (kg/m2 ), I-F2 in close strains was significantly better than commercial K-F1 (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between V-F1 and I-F1. The selection difference of the 7 preserved lines for the first stage of growth selection was 1.18±0.79g, and the selection pressure was 26±11%; the selection difference of the second stage of growth selection was 2.09±0.60g, and the selection pressure was 38±4%. The three-line hybrid progeny formed by the complete diallel cross of the preserved three close strains (positive and negative hybridization) and the full cross of the original line, regardless of growth, yield, and survival performance, there is no significant difference with two commercial lines (K -F1, S-F1).
