午仔魚機能性飼料技術開發

午仔魚養殖為求快速成長,密集投餵易造成腸道壓力常發生腸道疾病,治療腸炎抗生素等藥物使用頻繁,午仔魚飼料中添加會產生葡聚糖及寡糖之乳酸菌Leuconostoc mesenteroides B4,利用培養基及砂糖與麥芽糖為基質,進行發酵,製成含乳酸菌及葡聚糖之合益素製品,及對弧菌具拮抗作用的益生菌Bacillus pumilus D5組成之複合益生菌之機能性飼料,在增重率、飼料轉換率皆較無添加組佳,觀測腸絨毛生長情形,對照組呈萎縮壞死現象,添加複合益生菌每日投餵及2日投餵1次較3日投餵1次其腸絨毛生長情形較佳。綜合評估,午仔魚飼料中添加0.1%複合益生菌,投餵頻度2日投餵1次即可達到保護腸道促進成長之功效。

Over feeding in order to grow rapidly, fourfinger threadfin farming can easily cause intestinal pressure and often cause intestinal diseases. Drugs used such as antibiotics for treating enteritis frequently. The larval feed is added with the lactic acid bacteria Leuconostoc mesenteroides B4 , which produces glucans and oligosaccharides. The culture medium and granulated sugar and maltose are fermented to produce a synthetic probiotic product containing lactic acid bacteria and dextran, and a functional feed composed of probiotic Bacillus pumilus D5, a probiotic that has an antagonistic effect on Vibrio. The weight gain and feed conversion rate are better than those without supplementation. The growth of intestinal villi was observed. The control group showed atrophy and necrosis. The compound probiotics were fed daily and fed once every 2 days compared to feeding once every 3 days. The growth of villi is better. According to comprehensive evaluation, 0.1% compound probiotics are added to the noon larvae feed, and the feeding frequency is once every 2 days to achieve the effect of protecting the intestines and promoting growth.
