輔導建構漁電共生室內設施白蝦養殖示範場

白蝦為我國重要經濟蝦類,傳統戶外養殖因疾病與氣候問題造成產量低。本計畫擬 協助業者建立室內養殖模式,於西部地區漁電共生室內設施白蝦養殖場建立示範場 ,協助解決生產過程養殖技術層面問題,建立生物安全規範,使穩定生產並擴大輔 導效益。由於多數漁電共生室內設施案場具有同質性或可模組化,藉由協助白蝦示 範場域生物安全的改善與養殖技術建立,可協助能源公司之養殖經營團隊由單點示 範場擴大到公司內部的全部案場,使白蝦從室外低產能混養順利轉型為室內高效能 專養,不僅能落實漁電共生政策原則,也能快速提升國內白蝦養殖產量,活絡漁村 經濟與人才就業,創造綠能與養殖雙贏局面。預期建立示範場1場,訪視10場次以上 ,受益面積達10公頃,受益養殖漁民達30人。

White shrimp is an important economic farming shrimp in my country. The traditional outdoor pond has low yields due to diseases and climate problems. This project intends to assist operators in establishing an indoor breeding model and a demonstration farm in the aquavoltaics indoor facility white shrimp breeding farm in the western region to help solve technical problems in the breeding process and establish biosecurity regulations to stabilize production and expand coaching benefits. Since most aquavoltaics indoor facilities are homogeneous or modular, assisting the improvement of biosecurity and establishment of breeding technology in the white shrimp demonstration field, can assist the energy company's breeding operation team to expand from a single-point demonstration field to all the case sites within the company The white shrimp industry can be smoothly transformed from outdoor low-yield polyculture to indoor highefficiency monoculture. It can not only implement the aquavoltaics policy principles but also quickly increase the domestic white shrimp production, vibrant fishing village economy and employment, create a win-win situation between green energy and aquaculture. It is expected to establish one demonstration farm, conduct more than 10 visits, benefit an area of 10 hectares, and benefit 30 fishermen.
