應用複合益生菌強化白蝦成長與健康之飼料研發

一般合益素 (synbiotic) 為結合使用益生菌及益生素,其所產生提高水產生物成長 及抗病的效益通常比二者單獨使用效果還高,目前市面上之益生菌很少具有產生益 生素者,先前研究指出, Leuconostoc mesenteroides B4及其益生素產物-葡聚糖 有助於增加點帶石斑及吳郭魚成長,此外,Bacillus pumilus D5具有降低白蝦之缸 內水與肝胰腺之弧菌數,提升白蝦之免疫反應及抗腸炎弧菌感染之功能;B. subtilis N4 有助於降低水中有機物及亞硝酸。本研究將應用益生菌L. mesenteroides B4及其所產葡聚糖+B. pumilus D5+B. subtilis N4 於白蝦飼料中 ,探討L. mesenteroides B4+葡聚糖+B. pumilus D5+ B. subtilis N4 在白蝦養殖 試驗,對於蝦隻成長、抗病及水質之影響,期能研發提高白蝦成長及健康之益生菌 產品,縮短白蝦養殖時間,降低養殖成本及風險,進而建構安全且高效率的綠色水 產養殖體系,促進水產養殖產業升級。

Synbiotic is a combination of probiotics and prebiotics, the benefits of increasing growth performance and disease resistance of aquatic animal are generally higher than the effectiveness of the two alone. Currently, probiotics on the market rarely produce prebiotics. Previous studies have indicated that Leuconostoc mesenteroides B4 and its prebiotic product, dextran, help to increase the growth of spotted grouper and tilapia. Bacillus pumilus D5 can reduce the number of Vibrio in the water and hepatopancreas of white shrimp, improve the immune response of white shrimp and the function of resisting Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection. In addition, B. subtilis N4 can help reduce organic compound and nitrite in water. In this study, the probiotics L. mesenteroides B4 + dextran + B. pumilus D5 + B. subtilis N4 were added to the feed of the white shrimp. To investigate the effects of L. mesenteroides B4 + dextran + B. pumilus D5 + B. subtilis N4 on the growth and disease resistance of white shrimp, and water quality. The goal is to develop probiotic and its dextran products that improve the growth and health of the white shrimp, shorten the breeding time of the shrimp, and reduce the cost and risk of breeding. Then construction a safe and efficient green aquaculture system to promote the upgrading of the aquaculture industry.
