應用藻類萃取物強化白蝦免疫調節能力之機能性飼料開發

南美白對蝦為目前臺灣地區養殖蝦類之最大宗養殖物種,在養殖過程中生態環境發 生變化,如養殖密度過高、溶氧量降低、水中溫度及pH急遽改變或是藻相改變及死 亡等養殖管理不當因素,蝦體會因為抵抗外界環境突然之變化而引起體內機能失調 ,降低對外界病原防禦之能力,以至於引發嚴重病害,使得如何提升蝦體對抗外界 病原之問題受到重視。因此本研究預計以海木耳與鋸齒麒麟菜經高溫高壓方式萃取 之萃取物做為飼料添加物,開發可有效提升白蝦免疫調節能力之機能性飼料,提高 蝦體本身免疫能力,降低因病原及其他因素所造成之大量死亡之問題。

Whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is currently the most cultured shrimp species in Taiwan. Poor breeding management factors include high breeding density, reduced dissolved oxygen, rapid changes in water temperature and pH, or changes in algae phase and death.Shrimp experience resistance to sudden changes in the external environment, causing internal dysfunction, reducing the ability to defend against external pathogens, and eventually causing serious death.The issue of how to improve organisms against external pathogens has received attention.Therefore, this study will use high temperature and high pressure extraction of Sarcodia montagnean and Eucheuma serra as feed additives to develop functional feeds to effectively improve the immune regulation ability of whiteleg shrimp, and reduce the factors causing death such as pathogens.
