文蛤池中入侵貽貝之防治

本年度針對已進入文蛤池中貽貝進行生物防治研究,主要區分為剛進入池中貽貝浮 游苗及貽貝成體。貽貝浮游苗移除部分,以文蛤池混養蝦苗進行攝食移除效率研究 ,實驗物種有鬍鬚蝦、白蝦、草蝦、沙蝦、斑節蝦;另針對浮游苗附著地點,研究 以木頭、塑膠、尼龍等材質投入,觀察其附著情形,以及在不同環境位置(表面、 底部,流區、緩流區)等,觀察其附著情形。貽貝成體生物防治部分,在有貽貝之 文蛤池中,分別投入黑鯛、黃錫鯛、紅杉及鋸緣青蟹等小苗,觀察貽貝減少情形 ,實驗期間觀察文蛤成長及存活情形,找出最適合方法,了解各種生物對貽貝移除 能力供漁民作為養殖參考,增加文蛤收益

Prevention and Control of Invasive Mussels in Hard Clam Ponds

This year, biological control research was carried out on mussels that have entered the clam pond, mainly divided into plankton and adult mussels that have just entered the pond. For the removal of plankton of mussels, the feeding and removal efficiency of shrimp seedlings in clam ponds was used to study the feeding and removal efficiency. The experimental species included bearded shrimp, white shrimp, grass shrimp, sand shrimp, and monodon shrimp; , Plastic, nylon and other materials are put into it, and its adhesion situation is observed, and its adhesion situation is observed in different environmental positions (surface, bottom, flow area, slow flow area), etc. For the biological control of adult mussels, black bream, yellow tin bream, sequoia and blue crab were put into the clam ponds with mussels to observe the reduction of mussels. During the experiment, the growth and survival of clams were observed to find out The most suitable method is to understand the ability of various organisms to remove mussels, which can be used as a reference for fishermen to increase the income of clams.
